David Stone Esq. has represented plaintiffs and defendants in thousands of cases and hundreds of mediations. He has tried over 75 jury trials in state and federal courts throughout Florida. This singular trial and mediation experience has equipped David with a unique understanding of the opportunities and risks in each matter and a keen ability to manage, to represent and to advise on client interests.

David is supported by a staff of paralegals, associate attorneys, investigators and other professionals. The firm frequently co-counsels with other law firms on complex litigations matters.

The firm’s personnel are fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and German.
